Getting started with CCIE Wireless

In late 2016 I decided to take up a completely new challenge and deviate away from skills I am very comfortable with (Routing, Switching & Security) and pursue CCIE Wireless.
After discussing with other fellow Network Professionals I was certain that this is what I want to achieve.

There are several books discussing many topics about different aspects of wireless networking. However, looking specifically at the CCIE Wireless v3.1 exam there are no official Cisco Certification Guides as compared to previous certifications I have taken.

Looking online for some material, I came across the blog of a gentleman by the name of Rasika Nayanajith who has a blog (https://mrncciew.com) of his journey to obtain CCIE Wireless and beyond.
I found his blog to be inspirational and it helped me to get a better understanding of how I can approach the journey of getting my CCIE Wireless certification.

I am currently following his steps in to pass the CCIE Wireless Written exam and reading the books he referenced here: https://mrncciew.com/2012/08/27/written-exam-strategy/

As I go through my journey, I will will write up my study notes in a hope that they will also be useful to someone else, whether for reference or use for obtaining certification.
